Exclusive flight for two by hot air balloon with in-flight toast
Float in the sky aboard a hot air balloon, admire the panorama in a unique way. An experience to get in touch with nature from above and admire the beautiful views of Lombardy. Departure and briefing in the Cremona area with also hot air balloon inflation show, flight of about 1 hour with in-flight toast, passenger recovery at the landing site with team vehicles.

One flight per day, subject to weather conditions.
During the summer period, the flight takes place early in the morning.
Once the experience is purchased, it is non-refundable. In case of bad weather, the flight is postponed to a new date to be determined. – The Ticket is not refundable except:
a/ if you present a medical certificate at least one month before the expiration of the Ticket stating that
you are unable to fly and that you will not be able to fly for the entire remaining validity of the Ticket
b/ if you are not a resident of Italy.
Refunds are made only to the person who purchased the Ticket Other exceptions:
-If flights are suspended due to force majeure reasons (e.g. due to COVID-19 regulations), arrangements for extensions of the duration of the Ticket will be communicated. However, we will not be held responsible for economic loss or any damage caused by this possible suspension. -If you cannot fly by the expiration of the Ticket because you are pregnant, it is possible to extend the validity free of charge by 6 months from the expected date of delivery upon presentation of medical certificate.

Price: 395 euros per person. HOW IT WORKS:
By purchasing this experience you get the right to participate in a hot air balloon flight experience on a date to be arranged with the provider within 24 months of purchase.
In the order confirmation you will receive by email once you have made your purchase, you will find all the references of the supplier. The experience provider will contact you after your purchase to arrange the date and time of the flight. CLOTHING: Sportswear is recommended. For completeness of information, please read the terms and conditions drafted by the service provider for this experience: -Our flights are scheduled to last approximately one hour (with a 15-minute margin for under or over). The pilot, for safety reasons, has absolute responsibility for deciding the duration, conduct of the flight, and the time and place of landing. Therefore, we could not guarantee exactly the duration or route that the flight will follow since it is not possible to predetermine it in advance. -The Ticket is transferable to a friend, subject to written notice by e-mail. – In some cases we reserve the right to entrust the execution of our flights also to other operators, who hold a regular ENAC license. Again, these Terms and Conditions will always apply. -Aeronord Sas has air carrier insurance coverage under Regulation (EC) No. 785/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 285/2010 for each passenger in case of death and/or personal injury. In all cases, compensation is not payable or is payable to a lesser extent if it is proven that the injured passenger is responsible for the damage or contributed to it through negligence, wrongful act or omission. The right to compensation for damages is time-barred within two years from the day of the flight.
– We assume no liability for any damage to cameras, cameras, cell phones, eyeglasses or other items you bring on the flight.
– Before flying we will contact you the morning before the flight for confirmation Weather, time and place of
departure (sometimes depends on wind direction). Your Obligations to Us
– In case of a pre-arranged date you can change your reservation by calling us or sending une-mail up to 7 days before the flight if it is the weekend and up to 5 days before the flight if it is during the week. – In case you miss the deadline to change your reservation provided in item 15 or do not show up on time at the rendezvous for the flight, you lose any right to use the Ticket and you will not get any refund. – In case of flight date defined or moved together a few days before departure, once re-confirmed by us if you give cancellation, even for health reasons, up to 2 days before the flight you will lose 50% of the value of the Ticket in case of exclusive flight 2 people
General Rules

Hot air ballooning can be as risky as any other sport, hobby or activity. By purchasing a Voucher or participating in a flight you are aware of the risks and accept them. Your flight, at all times, will be under the control and supervision of a pilot certified by the National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) who is committed to making your flight as safe and enjoyable as possible. – We are not qualified to judge your health and whether you are fit to fly or not; however, for your safety and the safety of other passengers, you must make sure you are in good physical condition before you participate in the flight. You cannot fly:
– if you have any handicaps or impairments, diseases or syndromes that are in conflict with flying in a hot air balloon or at altitude and in particular: you must not suffer from any kind of heart disease, problems with bone system deficits, severe back problems, you must not have hearing compensation problems, you cannot fly if you are pregnant. – if you are unable to enter and exit the basket independently i.e. take one/two steps, pass one leg at a time on the other side of the guardrail and climb back down inside the basket. – if you are unable to maintain the correct support position when landing (bend your knees while holding on to the handles). – If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you have any doubts consult your specialist and bring us a medical certificate stating that you are fit to
be able to fly in a hot air balloon. It is important to remove any doubt about the state of your health, which otherwise could affect your safety and those of other passengers. – The pilot has a duty, as stated in the Navigation Code, to exclude you from the flight if in his opinion you may pose a risk to the safety of the flight or the safety of other passengers and yourself. In this case you will not be entitled to any refund. – passengers must follow the instructions given by the pilot and team at all times during the ascent.
