The farm “LA ROVERE”, characterized by a vineyard of the extension of 7 hectares cultivated with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Moscato di Scanzo, Moscato Giallo, Pinot Grigio and soon Chardonnay, is equipped with a cellar built in 2005, equipped with a room for drying Moscato di Scanzo grapes and a tasting room used also for educational activities; in fact, the farm is part of the provincial and regional network of educational farms.
The farm has been committed in recent years to a lower production of grapes per hectare, thus aiming to obtain an increasingly valuable product.
Currently, production is about 30,000 bottles per year.
Both the wines and their own wild boar salumi can be purchased directly from the winery, or on Fridays in Bergamo’s Piazza Pontida as part of the Campagna Amica event promoted by Coldiretti.
