The family-run farm sits on 35 hectares of land planted with fodder to feed the 70 cows, half of which are in year-round production.
The cows are raised with respect for animal welfare and produce about 700 liters of milk per day, which is used for cheese production in the adjacent dairy.
Cheese production is ensured by a photovoltaic system that allows near-self-sufficiency in electricity and hot water supply.
All cheeses are made from unpasteurized milk in order to maintain the natural taste of the area.
