Over the years both the production increased, from the first 10000 liters per year to the current 150000, and the styles produced, which from 3 became 13, all with their own soul, recognizable and distinguishable from each other: uniqueness that distinguishes and makes so appreciated the beers of this reality.
In 2015, the two friends decided to start a project of direct cultivation from barley, which was left on hold because, unfortunately, Roberto became ill and, after a long struggle, he left us in January 2017 not before, however, having passed on his art and passion to the 2 young and determined brewers of the brewery: Sami and Fabio.
Following the grief and dismay, Massimo decided to resume the agricultural project, called new professionals to support him, and at the end of the same year created Agribirrificio Sguaraunda.
To his departed friend and partner, Massimo dedicates a beer, Murator, a double-malt red with chestnut honey, a beer with a straightforward and decisive character just like Roberto was.
