THE RESTAURANT The Restaurant is located on the eighth floor of the Hotel Excelsior San Marco in the heart of Lower Town overlooking Bergamo Alta.
\nThe Roof Garden Restaurant offers a breathtaking view that leads guests into an evocative dimension.
\nThe project, while inspired by restaurants with a view in major European cities, was strongly intended to shape a venue that could have assonances with the city, not forgetting its tradition and history.
\nReservations are required (individual reservations are open 10\/14 days in advance of the requested date).
\nTHE RESTAURANT Chef Gianpietro Semperboni proposes a cuisine that combines Italian flavors and fragrances in a real journey among the best specialties of the peninsula; sensory, because it is made of unusual and lost tastes, and at the same time emotional, because it is the result of experimentation with cutting-edge techniques and products.
