1) VisitDossena ASD reserves the right to notify (by SMS, telephone and\/or email to the contact details communicated at the time of booking) the Consumer of the impossibility of delivering the Service for the agreed date and time or the need to change the agreed Service up to eighteen hours (18) before the delivery of the Service even in the absence of force majeure. In such case, the Consumer shall be entitled to a voucher of an amount determined by VisitDossena ASD corresponding to the part of the Service that cannot be delivered, or he\/she may reschedule the date and time of the Service and the content thereof according to the availability at the time; the Consumer must communicate his\/her choice within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the communication by VisitDossena ASD that he\/she cannot deliver the Service
\nin the manner initially agreed. In any event, VisitDossena ASD shall not be obligated to reimburse any travel, transportation, lodging, etc., etc., expenses that the Consumer may have already incurred in connection with the provision of the Service subject to cancellation or modification. 2) VisitDossena ASD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the times and methods of delivery of the Service, if for reasons of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions (rain or strong wind) and\/or environmental situations and\/or conditions of the facilities and facilities that do not allow the performance of the Service safely, even for limited periods of time during the day.
