You will also stop at iconic places in the city, those typically frequented by the people of Bergamo, and taste the best specialties of Bergamo. Get ready for a day full of flavor! There will be at least four gastronomic stops! Tastings depend on seasonality, but we’ll leave you with a list of what you might taste during the tour: Aperitivo with glass of Valcalepio slices of toasted bread with the addition of local ingredients along with a glass of red Valcalepio wine, Bergamo’s DOC, produced in the area adjoining Lake dIseo. Casoncelli the typical first course par excellence. It is a pasta stuffed with Parmesan cheese and meat topped with crispy pancetta, butter and sage.
