\nBergamini are transhumant farmers-cheese farmers, owners of herds of dairy cattle, who contributed greatly to the primacy of animal husbandry and dairy farming. The proposed experience revolves around rural life and the figure of the bergamino: starting with a narrative of the practice of transhumance, you will come into contact with the ancient craft of the bergamino, their lifestyle and dairy know-how. In fact, through a visit to the farm and ecomuseum workshops, it will be possible to discover the production and aging practice of the world-recognized Brembano cheeses. THE PROGRAM
