\nThe Brembana Valley has been called The Valley of Cheeses. It can boast important D.O.P. cheeses, such as Strach\u00ectunt, Taleggio, Formai de Mut, Bitto and many other traditional specialties such as Branzi and lAgr\u00ec di Valtorta, which are never lacking on the Valley’s typical cutting boards. The two-day experience is dedicated to dairy flavors and will allow visitors to discover the production chain of Strach\u00ectunt and Taleggio cheese in Val Taleggio and Formai de Mut from Alta Val Brembana D.O.P. Visitors will have the opportunity to stay overnight in the charming medieval village of Cornello dei Tasso, famous for the passage of the so-called Via Mercatorum, a set of paths and mule tracks that were traveled by merchants in the Middle Ages. THE PROGRAM
\nThe meeting is at 9:30 a.m. at the barn of Az. Agricola Locatelli Guglielmo (https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/WUZrFA4nuNFWLQFk7), from where the first guided tour will start (duration: 45 minutes). Independent transfer by car (approx. km 1) to Coop. Agricola Sant’Antonio (https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/k1BqMoJrt39Epypo6), where a tour of the facility and a tasting of 4 dairy products accompanied by a glass of wine is scheduled (duration: 1 hour). Transfer by car (ca km 9) and arrival at 2 p.m. at the casArrigoni maturing facility (https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/HTTQhzZ1Z6FJDpci9) and guided tour (duration: 1 hour). Independent move (ca km 21) to Cornello dei Tasso, check-in at 5 pm at Tana del Tasso \/https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/p69x7kG6K8i3bE8w5), independent dinner and overnight stay.
